The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.woodlows.com (hereafter referred to as the “Website”). By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Use of the Website
Woodlows Limited. is the supplier of goods and our registered address is Room 1103, Dannies House, 20 Luard Road, Hong Kong. Our company registration number is 1788141.

It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18, Customers who wish to purchase goods on this Website must be aged 18 or older and be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

2. Placing an order and order acceptance
You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Woodlows Limited.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the
Returns Policy & Procedure section of the Website our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Woodlows Limited will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you immediately by email or telephone advising you of this.

3. Content:
All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, photography, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") is the property of Woodlows Limited and is protected by international copyright laws.
The trade marks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website (collectively, the "Trade Marks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Woodlows Limited and are protected by international trade mark laws. All other Trade Marks not owned by us, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.
Neither the Content, the Trade Marks, nor any other portion of the Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
 
4. Description of products:
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. (See 2. above.)

5. Prices:
All prices shown on the Website are in Hong Kong Dollars.  Prices are exclusive of delivery charges.  The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Website. All transactions will be made in Hong Kong Dollars and, as the buyer, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the Website but Woodlows Limited reserves the right at any time to adjust the prices without prior notice.
Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes for which you, the buyer, not Woodlows will be liable.

6. Payment:
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website.
By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Woodlows Limited does not hold the credit card details of any customers. While this means you will have to enter you details with every order, we believe it is the most secure way of processing your orders. 
Payment will be debited from your card immediately on you placing the order for the goods you have purchased. 

Upon processing the transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.

We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

7. Delivery:
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Woodlows Limited does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party.

Please note any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our courier will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our courier will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

A person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk of the goods.  Please inspect the goods upon delivery to check that your order is complete.  Should there be any problem with your delivery, please notify us as soon as practicable and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email.

8. Returns and Cancellations procedure:
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 5 working days from delivery.  Returned goods must be unopened and unused. A returns form can be obtained by calling +852 2523 3766 or emailing info@woodlows.com.

Refunds will be credited into Customer's credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.
